What a seat costs you per interview
A recruiter running twenty interviews a month on the Team plan pays about $2.95 per interview, and about $2.45 on Solo. The thing it replaces is thirty to forty-five minutes of writing per candidate.

Run twenty interviews through Interview Signal in your first thirty days, on Solo or Team. If you or your recruiters are not saving at least thirty minutes per candidate on notes and submittals, tell us and we refund the month and cancel your seats. No forms, no call required.
It is a button in your account under Billing. You type the word REFUND, and the month is refunded to your card and the subscription is cancelled at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep the app until then, and every interview file on your recruiters' machines stays exactly where it is.

What counts as a seat?
One recruiter who runs interviews. Seats are named to an email address, not shared. An admin can move a seat to a different person by removing one and inviting another.
Should I be on Solo or Team?
Solo is for one person running their own interviews: the live guide, follow-ups, scorecards and submittals, with roles and templates that are yours. Team adds what only makes sense across several people: a shared question library, admins, invitations, panels and a coaching report that compares recruiters. That is also why Team starts at three seats. Moving from Free or Solo to Team happens inside your account, and your roles and interviews stay where they are.
What happens when the free minutes run out?
The app stops transcribing and says so. The interview that used the last minute still gets its scorecard and summary, and nothing is deleted. Upgrade to Solo or Team from your account and carry on with the same roles.
Can we add seats mid-month?
Yes, from inside your account. The new seat is charged pro rata for the remainder of the cycle and is usable immediately. Reducing seats needs the person removed first, so that we never have someone signed in on a seat nobody is paying for.
What happens if a payment fails?
Interview Signal keeps working for seven days while the card is retried, with a banner in the app and an email to your admins. Nothing is deleted at any point — the interview files are on your recruiters' own machines.
What happens to the founding price after twelve months?
It is held for at least twelve months from the day you join. We will tell you before anything changes, and you can cancel at that point like any other month.
Do you do annual contracts or purchase orders?
The annual plan is one invoice, paid by card, and it is still cancellable. For anything else, write to [email protected] and we will work it out.
Is there a free trial?
There is a free plan instead of a trial: twenty minutes of live transcription in total, and no card. After that, the guarantee does the work a trial would: thirty days, twenty interviews, and your money back if it did not save the time.
